We cannot create life — but we can share the life God gives
Can we give life? Are we capable of giving life? The only giver if life is God who created life, creates life, and continues to create life. Think of the fact that thousands of years ago God gave life where there was none. He gave light where there was none. He created life before it ever existed, Genesis 1.
Can we do that? Not one bit. Although, perilously mankind has developed ways to clone, as well as create an embryo from human skin where the donors can be any two souls no matter their sex. Yikes! Nothing other than God gives life. Therefore, it should be no surprise that God literally gives life to the dead as He has done in Scripture a multitude of times!
Not only that, all three persons of God, the Triune God, God the Father, His Son, and the Holy Spirit give life! See Job 33:4, John 5:21, 6:33, 6:63, Acts 17:25, Romans 4:17, 2 Corinthians 3:6, and 1 Timothy 6:13. This doesn't include the witnessed resurrection of Lazarus by Christ Jesus or the resurrection of Christ Jesus Himself! Thankfully, God does not stop there. No, He gives eternal life because He willingly gave His life as a ransom for many, including every one of ours, Matthew 20:28 and Mark 10:45.
Although we cannot truly give life, and no matter how Satan attempts to work around that with wiling souls filled with pride, we can give our life to God and by that become closer to Him by giving our lives to Him. By our committtment of obedience to Him and His will, we can give ourselves away, our very life, to Him which will contribute to His kingdom here on earth and in heaven, and will inturn allow other souls to experience and also receive His life-giving power.
One simple way that we can accomplish this with immeasurable success is through forgiveness. Forgiving others who have hurt us, and although they don't deserve it within our severely limited minds, forgiveness gives life and hope. This is not of our own, but of God's because He forgives us for every inequity, sin, and violation we've done, we do, or will ever do. When we have that understanding, truly within us, we can't help but pass that on to others who also don't deserve it.

We can't give life as God does, but we can give our life to Him and pass the life He's given to us so willingly and lovingly on to others more in need than ourselves. Give away the life He's given you and see what happens. 🙏
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
